The attacks came today.
Okay, fine. ONE attack came today. from wenqi. can you believe that she came up and SNIFFED me as soon as I walked into class after, i dunno, ict is it. nevermind. IT WAS FREAKY. i was like WHAT THE HELL. &she just said 'they said you had a smell, but I never noticed.' and commenced sniffing. obviously it was creepy. abit la. if you didn't count knowing it was wenqi.
haha. i threw her my jacket, which she ignored then continued sniffing. got her off after awhile of running around.
but everyone knows i have a smell now. roflmao. almost la. whatever. heh.

i didn't blog yesterday because, well, I kind of fell asleep. I have NO IDEA why I was so dreadfully tired out because I DIDN'T EVEN BOWL. haha I was lane-marshalling for IHG bowling and just recording scores and reading breaking dawn. WHICH I FINISHED TODAY BTW. anyhoots, I ate a really filling dinner, which tasted fantastic as always when I eat with my granpa. he has awesome taste in food. :D I'll talk about that later. heh.
anyway, when I got home I was soooooooo tired, because I fell asleep in the car already anyway, and when I got out obviously I was more than a little lethargic.very much half-asleep. haha. but when I got onto the computer I was a little more alive. heh. this is gonna be a rather short post because, well, I am rather tired today as well. but back to my point. I was a little more alive at the computer, and when I realised I had nothing to do I decided to go back to read breaking dawn on the bed. so i said 'afk' to rebecca and began to read and promptly fell asleep. -.-" that was so funny even to me because, I never ever do something like that! HOW COULD I POSSIBLY BE THAT TIRED! cmon la.
maybe it's an accumulative thing. maybe I can go for days without sleep (or little of it) and then collapse altogether after a span of time. hmm. interesting. hahha. and I really am getting fat because I eat then sleep ALL THE TIME, and we all know how dreadfully unhealthy that is for you. or me. (: my butt is huge. i can't stand it. -.-
but how can I not eat and sleep?
I'm tired for one. and no one in my family would let me sleep unless I ate something first, so I always eat then sleep. AND ON MONDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS IT'S ALWAYS SO HARD TO REFRAIN FROM THE FOOD BECAUSE IT IS ALWAYS SO BLOODY GOOD!
because I eat with gramps, who has fabulous taste in food, which I mentioned earlier. I have no idea how but he always brings me to a normal hawker centre and orders the most amazing food ever. okay sometimes it's just hokkien mee or fried kway teow, but it's still GOOD hokkien mee and fried kway teow. It's completely opposite of my choosing ANYTHING. because i'm just horrible at choosing things. I NEVER CHOOSE SOMETHING I LIKE. i end up liking what other people order or eat or, stuff. I just never like my own food. especially if it's something new. so now I just tell my grampa to order me whatever he thinks i'd like and i'll eat it. and really, i love his choice of food.
my latest favourite hawker food is curry rice + other foodstuffs.
it's ironic how my favourite part of the curry rice is the VEG. it's super nice and tasty and soft and crunchy. btw, it's cabbage or lettuce i think. the super duper soft kind. I LIKE IT. alot! cos the sauce is nice! and it's at bukit timah btw. I eat there after bowling on mondays because my sister has ballet at some place in bukit timah.
good food. and a good internet connection at the hawker centre too. wireless@sg <3 which means if I happened to be hooked on some ficpress story I can easily read it while eating dinner there. and although I feel bad for not talking to my gramps sometimes he doesn't seem too bothered. he's a quiet guy, and i dunno why, but i think he's very cute. like old-adorable- grandpa-cute. hahaha.
that reminds me. leejing (YES LEEJING YOUR NAME IS HERE) was bugging karen and I to read some m-rated ficpress story, which I can't remember what the author or title is so i'll just ask her some other time. if i remember.
and unbelievably, today i found out leejing is the only other person I know of who finished queen of glass. it's a fantastically awesome fictionpress story which i think should definitely be published so KAREN CAN STUFF HER HEAD INNIT AND FINISH THE DANG STORY!!!! but anyhoots. it's an awesome story. go search for it on http://www.fictionpress.com/ . the author is S.J. Maas I think, and it's ultra long but so worth the reading and time spent. :D :D :D

I FINISHED BREAKING DAWN. HAH! and I didn't even like, force myself to pull all-nighters to finish the book. *beams*

I have about 6 of these books. unfinished-reading. awww. but I don't really know where to start, actually. I think i'll just finish sepulchre, which I'm already half through, since my south africa trip. it's actually a really nice book, i just haven't had the attention span to keep my head innit, prolly no momentum. haha. therefore i'll finish it soon. very soon. because i have my momentum from breaking dawn. :D yipee yipee yay. yay.

oh yeah, two days ago zhuzhu took part in some cabal online gaming competition at suntec and he WAS THE CHAMPION. uber cool right. the prizes are so envy-ish, even though I don't play the game. He paid $2 to participate. Anyway, his prize was $300, a medal, a trophy, some limited edition collector's items set and stuff. THEY LOOK DAMN COOL OKAY. unfair! but nevermind, we all knew he was an awesome gamer. haha.

change of url!
Change of URL & the reasoning behind it
uh, i'm sick of jodythegreat. duh. hahaa.
that egoistic phase i underwent in 2007 i probably outgrew lightyears ago but i never really got to changing the url because at time i was (and am) jodythelazy. :D but now! i have mustered up the crazy amount of energy to change the url AND my blogskin and may i just say, that I am UBER PLEASED WITH MYSELF.
this must be the most awesome blogskin ever known to man. it's so ultra adorable. *beams*
anyway, the rationale behind my new url (smellslikeajody) is because I, apparently, have a very distinct jody smell. I think I've always known that but then again I thought it was just cos it's my smell which is why i recognise it so well.
BUT according to shanxi and farah and gloria and dawn and others, my smell is very distinct.
okay i've had a few... encounters? proof(s)? experiments? all of the above?
1: The first time Shanxi visited my new room.
"OMG THIS ROOM HAS SUCH A JODY SMELL!" but that's just shanxi.
2: At a sleepover, Farah and Shanxi kind of played a game where they sniffed out my clothes amongst others. and when they got to mine it's always a retarded reaction of "zomg, jodysmell"
3: Yesterday, during the hdb tour, gloria and dawn all came up to me and grabbed my jacket and sniffed and went all like "yeah,jody smell". (!!!!!)
come on la. despite knowing i have a smell, i doubt it's that obvious. okay next time you see you, see if you can smell my smell. i assure you i do not stink or have BO. i hope. :D feel like putting a poll here just to see what you guys think but i won't cos i'm too lazy. heh. tag la.
btw, methinks my smell is nice. :x very cosy and jodylike. HAHA. so my new blog url has been explained and obviously it's not very senseless or just a retarded thing. it actually makes sense! also, i am not openly inviting everyone to come up and smell me. if you really must, i'll lend you my jacket or summat.

Cute vs Creepy
Recently, I've been trying to draw creepier things like eyes and stuff. But I never seem to get the reaction I want. The first time i drew a proper pretty eye, I was hoping it'd look fierce and stuff but when I went around asking people they're like "it's so realistic!" "it's pretty" "it's cool"
and that just forces me to ask them "ISN'T IT SCARY? CREEPY? cmon!"
and they just think for another second or two. then go all "no?" on me. hmpf.
it's so annoying. i don't wanna be able to draw ONLY cute stuff. i mean i can, and i like it and all. but i don't like being restricted like that. so annoying ): i can't even draw realistic stuff. what's that good for? annoying annoying.
and that day, I drew a little puppet on a string and stuff, and trust me the intention was to make it look disturbing. but i have no idea why EVERY SINGLE PERSON I ASKED said it looked cute. xinyi said cute. tzeyuen said cute. julia said cute. dawn and shanxi practically squealed cute. -.-" why can i not draw creepy?

Shakespearing
Today I went starbucks shakespearing with shanxijen. I swear Antonio has a crush on Bassanio. Like, 110% sure. I'll source out the quotes right now just to prove it. a few, at least.
okay,i tried. i'm just not in the shakespearing mood after today's shakespearing.
haha, we basically just read through act 1 today and I have no idea how they're gonna test the test on monday but i hope it's really easy and mcq or something T_T. i don't enjoy failing. however, I don't like reading shakespeare because it's like an entirely different language and it only gets interesting near the end of the story. ohyes, i'm ofcourse referring to the merchant of venice.

My blog cannot die.
I don't care if i'm a hellashell boring person. hehe. I'm gonna update now because I just feel like it. I can't believe blogging has become one of the things I need to procrastinate. for a few months.
I guess it's cos I have a weird tendency to write super ultra magnificently long entries while blabbering on about an unimportant topic. Like right now, I have no idea why but there are SO MANY ANTS THAT MAGICALLY appear on my table. it's SO ANNOYING. i just keep killing one and another appears. it's like. yeast. except it's ants.
okay topic topic.
MATH.
zomg I hate math so badly. I didn't even hate math that badly in primary school okay. AND it's so ironic that we're all forced to take part in AMC (australian math competition), of which the questions are so primary school style. which means I can't remember a THING about now to do it now. sucks sucks sucks.
today we were, okay fine the rest of the class, was going through the worksheetS for trigonometry while I was trying to figure them out. I have NO IDEA WHY I'm always just ONE CLASS behind everyone every single time. ARGH.
and thus, we have my two fantastical tutors: shanxi and tzeyuen. both of which were probably driven insane by my stupidity. okay fine maybe just tze yuen. shanxi's just annoyingly bored-looking all the time and so very condescending. i resent the condescending tone. hardeeharharhar.
but i get it now. i think.
i pity the tze yuen who's always stuck with me. chem, class, any other class which pairs us up using index numbers, which is almost everything. HAH.
Ridiculousness among other things :D
I find. there have been many instances in the past 6 months where ridiculousness is quite prominent. but as my memory fails me. let's try and recall what happened in the last few days la hor. we'll work backwards first then start jumbling up the bloody timeline.
today, the hdb tour was such a retarded thing. we went to toa payoh where I was so grief stricken because I watched 73 leave T_T. I could have gone home; if i ditched the class, which was impossible.duh. and I get this feeling that maybe the teacher would notice.
during assembly, the discipline head went through ridiculous rules and regulations and apparently we're not allowed to catcall, cheer, interact with others in any way or otherwise. Basically, happiness is disallowed.
i also rather disliked the learning how to sing our ndp songs 08 for reasons i will not disclose on this blog. :D

also, yesterday and today karen and I were sort of trying to teach lee jing how to frown because it's ridiculous to not know how to frown. >:( see, even smileys can do it. so before assembly we were kind of staring, okay wait, frowning each other down but we lasted about 2 seconds each time before bursting out into laughter. it's just lee jing's face, i say.

and after the hdb tour i went to get some bubble tea with shanxi and dawn. it's so annoying that sweettalk@fareast increased their bubble tea prices by 10cents AND reduced the amount of drink AND reduced the size of their pearls. AND i ended up dumping it in the trash anyway because it was so diluted and disgusting.
the stupidest thing? I joked with shanxi and dawn by saying that people must've thought i was desperate to be hanging out with them cos they're so short. and they did the whole "bye!" thing and walked away. so i just continued walking, thinking they would return, which they didnt. and they kind of -poof- disappeared. and then we realised that we all thought we would all go look for each other happily. damn retarded la. whatever. hahhaa.
okay this shall conclude my entry for today, and for many days to come. i will try to update more often that once every 6 months. haha.

also, yesterday and today karen and I were sort of trying to teach lee jing how to frown because it's ridiculous to not know how to frown. >:( see, even smileys can do it. so before assembly we were kind of staring, okay wait, frowning each other down but we lasted about 2 seconds each time before bursting out into laughter. it's just lee jing's face, i say.

and after the hdb tour i went to get some bubble tea with shanxi and dawn. it's so annoying that sweettalk@fareast increased their bubble tea prices by 10cents AND reduced the amount of drink AND reduced the size of their pearls. AND i ended up dumping it in the trash anyway because it was so diluted and disgusting.
the stupidest thing? I joked with shanxi and dawn by saying that people must've thought i was desperate to be hanging out with them cos they're so short. and they did the whole "bye!" thing and walked away. so i just continued walking, thinking they would return, which they didnt. and they kind of -poof- disappeared. and then we realised that we all thought we would all go look for each other happily. damn retarded la. whatever. hahhaa.
okay this shall conclude my entry for today, and for many days to come. i will try to update more often that once every 6 months. haha.
JUST SO YOU GUYS KNOW, I WANTED TO POST SO MANY TIMES ALREADY, BUT THE NUMBER OF PICTURES AND TIME INVOLVED WAS VERY SCARY. because i'm a stupid long-blogging-post-person.
